Requirements

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Answer inbound customer inquiries
- Educate clients on insurance and financial protection products
- Generate personalized insurance quotes and recommendations
- Guide customers through the enrollment process
- Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients have the right coverage
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Cross-sell additional products when appropriate
- Generate referrals and grow your book of business
