Requirements
- Previous experience in home improvement sales and insurance claims process.
- Comfort using ladders and walking on roofs.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly driven to succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to build trust with clients and negotiate with adjusters.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM software (specific CRM training will be provided).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Canvass storm-damaged neighborhoods and network to find prospective clients.
- Perform safe ground inspections when necessary, as well as roof inspections for wind, hail, and exterior damage.
- Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process and document scopes of work needed.
- Attend on-site adjuster meets to review damage and agree upon repair/replacement scope.
- Secure all required documents, signatures, supplement requests, payments, etc.
- Help navigate the client through the claim process from start to finish which includes communication from beginning to end.
- Attend and market any of your current builds.
- Attend any meetings or conference calls when scheduled.
