About The Position

As an Insurance Representative, you'll assist our current clients, ensure their needs are met, and uphold the Brabo standard of excellence. We seek a growth-minded insurance professional with interest in building a career with us! This role involves facilitating sales and renewal work for insurance policies, acting as a liaison between clients and carriers, and providing World Class client service. You will address and resolve client inquiries and concerns, offer expert advice regarding coverage nuances, recommend suitable changes, and oversee policy modifications. Additionally, you will enhance client accounts through cross-selling and account rounding, diligently maintain and update client accounts in our automation systems, ensuring all interactions are documented, and assist other members of the insurance team with related duties.

Requirements

Strong communication abilities in written and spoken interactions
An eye for detail and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks
Customer Service in Office Setting, one year or more
Computer Literacy, moderate to advanced (Excel, Outlook, SalesForce, Employee Navigator, Carrier Portals)
Obtain your Health and Life Insurance licensed within the first 6 months of employment
