About The Position

Information Providers, Inc. is seeking a part-time 1099 Insurance Property Inspector in Randolph, NH. This role is field-based with a flexible schedule, allowing inspectors to manage their own time. The inspector will conduct on-site inspections of homes and businesses, capturing detailed photographs and documenting key features for underwriting decisions. This includes assessing property conditions, identifying potential hazards, and gathering accurate data. Inspectors will then compile thorough underwriting survey reports from their remote workspace, ensuring all details support informed risk evaluation.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory
• Ability to work independently while managing own schedule and workload
• Strong attention to detail with accurate measuring, documentation, and reporting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, smartphones, and Windows-based laptops
• Ability to complete administrative work remotely and submit reports in a timely manner
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve
