About The Position

Information Providers, Inc. is seeking a part-time 1099 Insurance Property Inspector in Medford, OR. This role is field-based with a flexible schedule, allowing inspectors to manage their own time. The inspector will conduct on-site inspections of homes and businesses, capturing detailed photographs and documenting key features for underwriting decisions. Responsibilities include assessing property conditions, identifying potential hazards, gathering accurate data, and compiling detailed underwriting survey reports. The role requires remote administrative work and timely report submission.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
