About The Position

Information Providers, Inc. is seeking a part-time 1099 Insurance Property Inspector in Rapid City, SD. This role is field-based with a flexible, independent schedule. The inspector will conduct on-site inspections of homes and businesses, capturing detailed photographs and documenting key features for underwriting decisions. Responsibilities include assessing property conditions, identifying potential hazards, gathering accurate data, and compiling thorough underwriting survey reports to support informed risk evaluation. Requirements

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
