About The Position

Information Providers, Inc. is seeking part-time 1099 Insurance Property Inspectors in Rhinelander and Eagle River, WI, who thrive in an independent, field-based schedule. This role involves conducting on-site inspections of homes and businesses, capturing detailed photographs, and documenting key features for underwriting decisions. Inspectors will assess property conditions, identify potential hazards, and gather accurate data. The position requires compiling thorough underwriting survey reports remotely to support informed risk evaluation. The company, Information Providers Inc. (IPI), is a leader in Property & Casualty and Premium Audit information services, serving insurance companies nationwide since 1996.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Ability to work independently while managing own schedule and workload.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate measuring, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, smartphones, and Windows-based laptops.
• Ability to complete administrative work remotely and submit reports in a timely manner.
