About The Position

Information Providers, Inc. is seeking a part-time 1099 Insurance Property Inspector in Astoria, OR, who thrives in an independent, field-based schedule. This role involves conducting on-site inspections of homes and businesses, capturing detailed photographs and documenting key features that matter to underwriting decisions. Inspectors will assess conditions, identify potential hazards or concerns, and gather accurate data. The role also includes compiling thorough, high-quality underwriting survey reports remotely to support informed risk evaluation. The company, Information Providers Inc. Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory
  • Ability to work independently while managing own schedule and workload
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate measuring, documentation, and reporting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
