About The Position

Become a part of our caring community The Insurance Product Compliance Professional meaningfully contributes in ensuring Humana's Member Marketing and Communication materials meet all federal and state regulatory requirements. You will support compliance activities for Medicare insurance products, including Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (DSNPs). The focus is on reviewing, approving, and filing marketing and communication materials with the Centers for Medicare, Medicaid Services (CMS) and state departments.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with Medicare, insurance, marketing, customer communications, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management tools.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Familiarity with CMS marketing guidelines and state insurance regulations
• Experience in regulatory compliance or product compliance
• Background in Medicaid and/or Dual Eligible Special Needs (DSNP) Plans

Responsibilities

• Review Member Marketing and Communication materials to ensure compliance with CMS and state regulations
• Coordinate the filing of materials with CMS and state agencies
• Collaborate with teams, including Product, Marketing, Legal, Sales, and Compliance to ensure all materials are accurate, compliant, and documented
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to team members to ensure timely adaptation of materials and processes
• External sales (TPMO) material process execution and oversight
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of compliance reviews and filings
• Support compliance audits and respond to regulatory inquiries related to marketing and communications
• Help with process improvement initiatives to strengthen compliance controls and efficiency
