About The Position

AAA Insurance – Schumaker Insurance Agency is seeking a licensed, motivated Insurance Producer to join our growing Kissimmee office. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity designed for driven sales professionals who want unlimited earning potential and the ability to build long-term renewal income. This position is structured for revenue-generating producers only. We are not hiring salaried staff at this time. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, disciplined, and comfortable prospecting, networking, and consistently closing business. Producers will focus on new business development, cross-selling, and client retention while leveraging AAA Insurance's strength and brand recognition.

Requirements

Active Florida 2-20 General Lines license required.
Candidates must be legally able to independently solicit, quote, and bind insurance in Florida.
Strong communication and closing skills.
Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
Comfortable working in a commission-only environment.
Professional and goal-oriented.
Ability to build and manage a pipeline.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through referrals, networking, outbound prospecting, online leads, and community involvement.
Quote, present, and bind auto, home, umbrella, and related personal lines policies.
Cross-sell and bundle policies to maximize discounts and retention.
Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate protection.
Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up systems.
Meet or exceed monthly production goals.
Represent the agency professionally in the community.
