Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty license required
  • Insurance sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
  • Confidence initiating conversations and asking for the sale

  • Self-motivated professional who takes ownership of their success
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Generating new business through referrals, networking, lead follow-up, and proactive prospecting
  • Conducting needs-based conversations to uncover risks and recommend coverage solutions
  • Quoting, presenting, and closing personal and commercial insurance policies
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of prospects and sales opportunities
  • Developing long-term client relationships that lead to renewals, referrals, and account growth
  • Reviewing existing accounts to identify additional coverage opportunities
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Maintaining accurate client records and activity tracking
