About The Position

Globe Life AIL is actively seeking full-time Remote Insurance Producers in TACOMA, WA. This role offers a unique opportunity to earn $75K–$100K+, with fast promotions, no cold calling, and lifetime residual income. The position involves serving as the first point of contact for customer support, responding to inquiries, assisting with services, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. You will also update and maintain accurate support documentation and FAQs, collect and route customer feedback, and demonstrate perseverance and empathy in resolving client concerns. Continuous learning and knowledge sharing with teammates are also key aspects of the role. This is a commission-based position.
