About The Position
This role is designed for motivated and coachable individuals who thrive on performance-based compensation and genuine customer interaction. You will work exclusively with warm, inbound leads who have already expressed interest in life insurance coverage, eliminating the need for cold calling. The company provides a comprehensive training program for individuals without prior insurance experience, pairs new producers with mentors, and offers access to over 60 carrier partners. This is a commission-only, uncapped position with daily and weekly pay, performance-based bonuses, and the potential for significant earnings.
Requirements
- U.S.-based.
- Background-check eligible.
- Licensed for Life & Health insurance, or genuinely willing to get licensed.
- Ability to take feedback well.
- Ability to hold a genuine conversation on the phone.
- Motivation and coachability.
Responsibilities
- Work warm, inbound leads exclusively.
- Conduct genuine conversations over the phone with potential clients.
- Complete training designed for individuals without prior insurance experience.
- Get paired with a mentor for early live calls.
