About The Position

Information Providers Inc. in Fort Wayne, IN, is hiring a full-time Insurance Premium Auditor. This role involves dispatching directly from home to assigned job sites, coordinating and managing client appointments. The auditor will conduct both in-person and virtual audits, carefully reviewing payroll records, financial documents, and business operations data. The position requires analyzing information for accuracy and compliance with insurance standards, preparing detailed audit reports and supporting documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in a finance, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, loan officer, or premium audit position.
• Office administration or financial analysis experience is beneficial.
• Proficiency with technology, computers, video conference software, and Microsoft-based programs.
• Professional attitude, team spirit, and effective verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Self-starter mentality with resourceful problem-solving skills and a drive to meet targets.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

• Associate degree (or higher) in a field like math, accounting, education, marketing, or business management.
