About The Position

Information Providers Inc. in Tomah, WI, is hiring a full-time Insurance Premium Auditor. This role involves dispatching directly from home to assigned job sites, coordinating and managing client appointments. The auditor will conduct in-person and virtual audits, reviewing payroll records, financial documents, and business operations data. Responsibilities include analyzing information for accuracy and compliance, preparing detailed audit reports and supporting documentation, and ensuring clients and internal teams can rely on the work.

Requirements

• Proficiency with technology, computers, video conference software, and Microsoft-based programs.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Self-starter mentality with resourceful problem-solving skills and a drive to meet targets.
• Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a finance, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, loan officer, or premium audit position.
• Office administration or financial analysis experience.
• Associate degree (or higher) in a field like math, accounting, education, marketing, or business management.
