This position is critical to successfully support a high-volume book of business to Marsh insurance clients. You will receive on the job, online, and side-by-side training to be successful and productive in this role. Requirements

Associate College Degree
Minimum 2 - 3 years administrative support or customer service background, preferably in commercial lines insurance
Obtain Property & Casualty broker’s license within 1 year
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with or ability to learn proprietary applications/databases (e.g., Mdoc & MART)
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment
Deep attention to details required
Sturdy organizational/multi-tasking skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree
Property and Casualty License
Entertainment Insurance industry knowledge
Willingness to learn and be successful in the insurance field

Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information, including follow-up for quality assurance, maintenance, and reports
Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen established relationships
Contribute to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives
Provide support to team and comply with procedures
Adheres to Company policies and performance standards
