About The Position

Zander Insurance is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Needs Specialists. This is a customer-focused role with exposure to insurance sales and client needs analysis, where you will assist customers in evaluating coverage needs and connecting with appropriate solutions through inbound and outbound calls. This position is a great fit for someone looking to break into sales and insurance, as well as newer insurance agents who want to develop their skills while working with top-rated carriers in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. No insurance experience is required — we provide hands-on training, coaching, and opportunities for long-term career growth, including support for obtaining Life and/or Property & Casualty insurance licenses. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
  • Interest in professional growth and development

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers by phone to help identify insurance needs and solutions
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
  • Use established processes and conversation guides to support customer interactions
  • Address customer questions and objections professionally and effectively
  • Accurately document customer information using company software systems
  • Deliver clear verbal and written communication
  • Support additional team responsibilities as needed
