About The Position
Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys for both residential and commercial properties. The role involves taking photos, documenting property details and conditions, and submitting timely reports online via a PC/Desktop with attachments.
Requirements
- Reliable car for travel to inspections.
- Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer.
- Smartphone or digital camera.
- Reliable home internet.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Survey residential and commercial properties.
- Take photos of the property.
- Obtain property details and overall conditions.
- Provide reports in a timely manner.
- Submit reports online through a PC/Desktop, including attachments.
