We prefer our inspectors to reside within our operational areas to minimize travel time and maximize service time. Requirements
- Previous/ongoing experience as a commercial insurance loss control/underwriting survey inspector.
- Specific experience inspecting restaurants, bars, taverns, apartments, and repair garages.
- Must be a current insurance loss control inspector.
- Must have actual experience performing this work.

- Residing in the area of operation (City of Los Angeles: all areas: downtown, Downey, Huntington Park, South Los Angeles and surrounding).
Responsibilities
- Conducting underwriting surveys for commercial insurance purposes.
- Inspecting various types of businesses including restaurants, bars, taverns, apartments, and repair garages.
- Performing property/casualty insurance inspections.
