About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to complete life insurance medical and financial interviews via telephone outbound calls for multiple client companies. This is a 3-month contract position located in Lees Summit, MO, but it is a fully remote role, including training. The shift is 9 am - 6 pm central time, with Saturday hours from 8 am - 4:30 pm central time. Training will be on a 10 am - 7 pm CST schedule, with a rotating Saturday schedule starting approximately 30 days after training completion, occurring once every four weeks.

Requirements

HS diploma or equivalent
Medical terminology background
Highly proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Teams
Comfortable navigating technology

Responsibilities

Place outbound calls to contact life insurance applicants.
Complete interview with applicant or leave a message for a return call.
Gather medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories during interview.
Review and edit information collected during the interview for quality assurance purposes.
Use the C4 call management system, Dialer, and Avaya Phone System to make telephone calls.
Log call attempts, document information with orders as necessary and record call results.
Learn the specific requirements stipulated by each client company.
Respond to the needs and requests of clients, staff, and management in a professional and expedited manner.
Observe all compliance policies and safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs or customer requirements.
