About The Position

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking an Insurance Intern for its Fargo, ND location. This internship offers a comprehensive program designed to provide real-world business, risk management, and insurance experience. Interns will learn to apply classroom concepts through project work and client interaction, while also developing essential professional skills. The program aims to provide insight into all areas of the insurance industry, serving as a springboard for full-time careers in Client Management or Sales pathways. Interns will receive industry training, participate in national webinars introducing the industry and the organization, build connections with managers and mentors, and work directly with multiple teams to learn about insurance programs and support clients. Opportunities to cultivate industry relationships by meeting with partners are also provided.

Requirements

• Cumulative GPA 3.0 minimum
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Nice To Haves

• Two semesters of college coursework studying in an area of business completed
• Insurance, risk management or finance coursework completed
