Requirements

High school Diploma or equivalent
Active Property & Casualty license OR Willingness to obtain/reinstate a P&C license within 45-60 days of hire (Licensing course provided)
1+ year of Sales or Customer Service experience
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work well independently and on a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Advanced Computer skills
Strong communication, follow-up, and close-orientation
Effective and precise telephone etiquette

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree
Active Property & Casualty license
Insurance Agent/Producer sales or service experience
Experience handling multi-carrier, multi-state quoting preferred
Bilingual- Fluency in English and Spanish
