Insurance Flex Broker - Personal Lines
About The Position
Collectivfide is seeking a Personal Lines Flex Broker to join their newly established Shared Services team. This is a service-first role supporting a network of 14 brokerages. The position is ideal for a confident, friendly, and adaptable individual who enjoys variety and helping teams succeed. This role is not a traditional brokerage position with sales targets or commission pressure. Instead, it focuses on providing excellent customer service and support to multiple brokerages, ensuring a consistent and high-quality client experience. The role offers the opportunity to work remotely or onsite depending on where support is needed, build trust with clients and team members, and make a significant impact.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of personal lines broker experience
- Active RIBO license in good standing
- Strong, hands-on Epic experience
- The ability to hit the ground running in new environments
- A friendly, client-first mindset and strong communication skills
- Confidence working independently without a lot of ramp-up
- A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service

Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day personal lines servicing with confidence and care using EPIC.
- Service and support brokerages when extra capacity is needed.
- Work remotely or onsite depending on where support is required.

- Build trust quickly, with both clients and team members.
