This is a remote opportunity, with a preferred location in the Central or Pacific Time Zones. The role involves verifying home health care benefits for new home health and hospice clients by contacting insurance companies via phone and internet to obtain benefit and billing information in a timely manner. The associate will document benefits and communicate coverage information to internal service offices, assist service offices with all benefits-related correspondence, and work with various departments to coordinate coverage, authorization, and contract status. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 10:30 am - 7:00 pm EST.
