About The Position
Our New York team is searching for an ambitious Civil Litigation Attorney to work within our General Liability practice area. This position is remote, based in Albany, but will require in-person appearances in the Albany area. Requirements
- Member of the New York Bar
- At least two years of experience in civil litigation
- Experience with case management
- Experience with motion practice
- Experience with discovery
- Experience with hearings
- Experience with depositions
- Experience with arbitrations
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of cases through its lifecycle, from initial assessment of a matter to resolution.
- Manage cases to keep them on track and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Work seamlessly with a team of skilled attorneys and staff.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate to contribute to shared success and uphold the firm’s reputation for excellence.
- Use legal acumen to devise and implement strategic solutions that protect client interests and achieve optimal outcomes in litigation.
