What you will be doing: Propose litigation strategy Communicate with clients and opposing counsel Draft reports, pleadings, discovery, and motions Take and defend depositions Argue motions Participate in mediations and trials Experience you will need: At least two years of strong litigation experience Admitted and in good standing in California Additional admissions in other states a plus Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days. We work directly with the hiring manager and can arrange interviews within a few days
