About The Position
Join our team as a Full-Time Customer Service Agent and become the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our valued insurance customers. In this role, you'll provide exceptional service by assisting customers in person, over the phone, and online with questions about insurance products, policy coverage, claims, and billing. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
