About The Position

MGC is an industry-leading civil litigation firm celebrating 30 years of excellence in 2025 spanning 23 offices across 12 states. We are seeking a mid-level attorney to join our Insurance Coverage Litigation team. Remote/hybrid options will be considered after training/integration with the team. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of practice experience in insurance coverage litigation. We offer competitive compensation with generous bonus opportunities. Must be licensed to practice in Massachusetts.

• 5+ years of practice experience in insurance coverage litigation
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts

Responsibilities

• Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
• Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
• Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports
• Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary
• Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants
