About The Position

Montshire Pediatric Dentistry is seeking an Insurance Coordinator to join our team at our Rutland office. We are a family-owned practice serving nearly 30,000 children across New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and Massachusetts. Our work centers on eliminating barriers to care so families can access the dental services they need. Our mission is to empower our team to use education, prevention, and compassion to deliver the highest quality of care in as many communities as possible. We accept all insurance, including Medicaid, and focus on preventing problems before they become serious, so children need fewer appointments and families get support without added stress. Responsibilities

Communication with colleagues and management regarding insurance coverage.
Complete insurance verification information using the “IV Sheet” & scan into the appropriate chart for record.
Document conversations/ communication with patients regarding out-of-pocket estimates.
