Entry-Level Remote Insurance Consultant
About The Position
This is an entry-level remote role where prior insurance experience is not required. Success is predicted by reliability, coachability, and a willingness to engage with people daily. The company provides leads, including inbound leads (from direct inquiries) and warm outbound leads (from those who requested information but haven't been contacted). Cold calling is not part of the role, as every conversation begins with someone who has already expressed interest in life insurance. Comprehensive training covers the fundamentals of life insurance products, client conversation techniques, and closing sales. Mentorship and access to over 60 carrier partnerships are provided, allowing consultants to match clients with suitable coverage rather than promoting a single product.
Requirements
- U.S. residency
- A clean background check
- A Life & Health insurance license, or the willingness to obtain one (support provided for obtaining the license)

Responsibilities
- Engage with individuals who have expressed interest in life insurance coverage.
- Conduct natural and honest client conversations.
- Close sales for families who have decided on coverage.
- Match clients to appropriate insurance products from over 60 carrier partnerships.
