About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to join their team, focusing on providing affordable insurance solutions and financial security to educators. This role offers a competitive, performance-based 1099 compensation structure, including an industry-leading 48-month incentive package with earning incentives tied to activity and success, and quarterly production incentives. Agents will benefit from a dedicated Premier Service Representative to handle client service, allowing them to concentrate on business development. Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)

Nice To Haves

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
