About The Position
COUNTRY Financial® is seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial professionals to become Insurance Agents. These agents will own their own business, helping clients prepare for life's planned and unexpected moments with appropriate insurance products. As independent contractors, agents will build a rewarding and financially stable career while serving their communities. The role involves taking a consultative approach to grow business with existing and prospective clients, diversifying income through a portfolio of property and casualty, life and health lines, and managing their own schedules. Agents will educate clients on products, collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank® Financial Advisors, and establish and staff their own office.
Requirements

- Passionate about making positive impacts in their communities
- Property/Casualty State Insurance License (ability to obtain is essential)
- Life/Health State Insurance License (ability to obtain is essential)
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of experience in the insurance and or financial services industry
- 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience
