About The Position

The Gibbons Group is seeking a driven and coachable individual to become their own boss in this expanding market. Agents will be trained to distribute Living Benefits Life Insurance, a revolutionary product that offers access to death benefits without having to die. This is a 100% commission-based business with no cap on income, offering remote work, and control over income and raises every two months based on production. The company provides a platform with coaching, training, and support, including Zoom training calls three times a week, a training website for new agents, in-person training bootcamps, and direct mentorship from a top manager. The company works exclusively with top-rated carriers that offer living benefit products, such as Mutual of Omaha, Transamerica, and Foresters Financial, positioning agents competitively. Exclusive, highly qualified, direct mail leads are available, and no cold calling is necessary. Agents can also be trained to sell the product without using the lead program.

Requirements

• Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license.
• Be personable and have a willingness to serve clients.
• Be willing to utilize our system.
