About The Position

Farmers Insurance is seeking driven, entrepreneurial professionals to join our Agent Protégé Program — a structured, 12-month development track designed to prepare you to successfully own and operate your own agency. You’ll work directly with a top-performing mentor agent, gaining real-world experience in sales, marketing, and business operations while building the skills and confidence to run your own business.

Requirements

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Licensed or willing to obtain licenses (we cover the cost)

Responsibilities

• Sell auto, home, life, and business insurance
• Work agency-provided leads and referrals
• Build and manage your own book of business
• Learn marketing strategies to grow an agency
• Gain exposure to financials, operations, and profitability
• Train directly with your mentor on agency management
