Insurance Agent - Outside Sales & Enrollment Specialist

Employee Retention BenefitsSan Francisco, CA
Onsite

About The Position

ERB is urgently hiring 5 licensed Life Insurance Agents to support a heavy enrollment schedule this month and next month. We currently have 12 active client accounts scheduled for enrollment, creating immediate opportunities for licensed agents who are ready to work onsite, engage employees, and generate income right away. This is a high-volume, consultative outside sales role with structured scheduling and dedicated enrollment support. This opportunity matters because there are 12 confirmed accounts scheduled this month, assigned enrollments (not cold leads), onsite and virtual employee meetings, and a strong infrastructure with enrollment support teams. If you are licensed and available, this role offers immediate production opportunities. ERB offers an Accelerated Start Income Program for the first 90 days, where most new agents wait 90 days for carrier commissions. This program eliminates that delay so you can start earning immediately. You help clients and submit enrollments, and ERB releases your earned income monthly for your first 90 days. ERB handles all the matching when carriers pay later, so you can focus on production. After 90 days, you smoothly transition into the standard ERB payout cycle, with a commission pipeline already built. This is your earned income, simply paid sooner, not a loan, draw, or advance.
