Requirements

  • The Entrepreneurial Spirit: You don't want a 9-to-5; you want to own your time and your financial future.
  • Proven Leader: 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, Account management, business development, sales, or team leadership (insurance experience is a plus, but a track record of winning is what we really care about).
  • Licensed (or willing to get licensed): Must possess or be willing to obtain General Lines Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license. (We can guide you through this process!)
  • Resilient & Coachable: You view challenges as data points and setbacks as opportunities to pivot and grow.
  • Financial Stability: Ability to pass a standard background and credit check.

  • Lead & Scale: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team of sales agents and customer service pros.
