Requirements

Minimum of 10 years in the insurance industry, with a focus on Personal Lines.
Leadership experience is essential.
Must hold relevant insurance licenses.
Proven experience working with multiple carriers and managing teams.
Willingness to travel 3-5 nights per month for business purposes.
Strong leadership and people management abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of agents and back-office customer service professionals within the Personal Lines department.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple carriers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental objectives with overall company strategy.
Represent the organization at networking events and industry functions to enhance visibility and build partnerships.
