About The Position
The Griffin Agency is a family-run independent insurance agency seeking team-players with entrepreneurial passion and a strong commitment to serving clients. Both full-time and part-time sales and insurance agency development positions are available. The agency is looking for individuals who are goal-setters, servant leaders, possess a strong work ethic and high integrity, and have a proven history of leadership/management. With proprietary lead generation and training systems, agents have the opportunity to build their own business and earn based on their work. A leadership development program is also available for ambitious sales professionals to develop their own agency.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be a self-starter, motivated, and driven to succeed
Nice To Haves
- Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Serve clients and families with life insurance and financial services.
- Build and manage within a business development role.
- Meet with clients over the internet utilizing ZOOM, Facetime, etc.
- Develop your own agency through the leadership development program.
- Replace personal production with passive income over time.
