As an Insurance Advisor, Personal Insurance, you will advise new and existing clients in the branch on how to best protect their assets when it comes to personal insurance. You will build relationships and offer solutions using a diverse selection of insurance products while achieving performance targets. You will have continuous learning and development opportunities to maintain licensing requirements and work towards your career goals.

Requirements

  • Level 2 General Insurance License
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Previous insurance experience
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with home, condo, tenant, and other personal insurance needs
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Provide creative, well-informed coverage solutions
  • Handle policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and payments
  • Cross-sell and upsell relevant HUB products
  • Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and managing paperwork
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry regulations and coverage offerings.
  • Support commercial lines operations, including managing discrepancies, clearing EPIC activities, and collecting account receivables.
  • Handle retail auto and commercial auto requests from walk-ins, phone calls, and emails from clients.
