Daniela Mercado Allstate Agency is seeking a dedicated, proactive, and sales-driven Account Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is already licensed, has insurance experience, and wants the opportunity to grow within a high-performing agency. The Account Manager will be responsible for building relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs, addressing concerns, protecting retention, and creating opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products. This role leads the sales side of the service department, focusing on retention, cross-selling, referrals, client reviews, and account growth, with support from Service Representatives who handle administrative tasks and provide referrals. No cold calling is required, as warm leads are provided daily.
