Requirements
- Strong customer service, organization, accuracy, and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Insurance agency or financial-services experience is preferred.
- Active Nevada P&C license is preferred; qualified candidates willing to obtain licensing may be considered.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to calls, emails, billing questions, policy changes, and documentation requests.
- Coordinate claims guidance, renewal reviews, and customer follow-up.
- Maintain accurate notes and tasks in agency systems.
- Support retention, referrals, cross-selling, and account rounding within licensing rules.
- Work closely with producers and carriers to deliver an excellent customer experience.
