Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license (if operating a vehicle for company purposes).
• Ability to perform prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Proven experience (for sign-on bonus eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Installing company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Installing insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap and any other products sold by the company.
• Reviewing daily work schedule and ensuring truck is loaded with all necessary product(s), tools, and equipment.
• Completing vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unloading and staging material at job site.
• Reporting safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Performing warehouse-related duties as required.
• Completing any other assigned duty, task, or responsibility.
