Requirements

Must be 21 years or older
Exhibits regular attendance and punctuality
Ability to lift heavy objects (exceeding 75 lbs)
Ability to crawl in small, tight spaces
Ability to access through a 22"x30" opening
Able to safely climb and descend ladders or attic stairs
Proficient in using staple guns, hammers, utility knives, and working on scaffolding or ladders
Able to properly use personal protective gear on-site

Nice To Haves

Previous insulation/rodent control experience
Communication and customer service skills to interact with customers
Leadership experience (supervised 2-3 crew team members onsite)
Owns a valid driver's license with a good driving record within 7 years

Responsibilities

Installing insulation
Conducting rodent proofing and sanitation
Performing mold remediation
Assisting with sheetrock/drywall installation and repair
Handling any other tasks or work needed for project completion
Starting the day at 6am (time varies seasonally, from Oct. to May it could be 6:45am)
Loading trucks and preparing materials based on instructions from the operation manager
Reviewing jobs for the day with crew leads
Performing the assigned job at the work site (usually 1 site per day, 7-10 work hours)
Returning to the office after completing the job, unloading and cleaning up trucks
