Experienced Insulation Technician
About The Position
Eastside Exterminators is seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join their growing team as an Insulation Installer / Technician. This role involves improving the comfort, energy efficiency, and air quality of customers' homes by removing old insulation and installing new insulation, vapor barriers, air sealing products, drainage systems, and pipe. The job also includes sealing HVAC duct joints, replacing duct insulation, and installing attic and crawlspace baffles. This is a physical, rewarding, full-time, year-round position in a stable, recession-resistant industry. Requirements
- Experience in insulation, construction, HVAC, restoration, or general labor
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Good communication skills and professionalism with homeowners
- Mechanically inclined and enjoys hands-on problem solving
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check, driving record check, and drug screening (excluding marijuana)
- English Required

Responsibilities
- Removing old insulation, debris, and contaminants from attics and crawlspaces
- Installing new insulation, vapor barriers, and air sealing products
- Installing drainage systems and pipe in crawlspaces and around homes
- Sealing HVAC duct joints and replacing duct insulation
- Installing attic and crawlspace baffles
- Maintaining clean and organized job sites
- Following safety procedures and using professional tools and equipment
- Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally
