Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Driver License, Class D
Medical Card
Works effectively with minimal supervision and direction.
Able to perform accurate measurement and basic calculations.
Functions well as part of a team.
Effectively follows written and verbal instructions.
Punctual and reliable.
Ability to achieve performance objectives in a time-sensitive and quality-centred environment.
Demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Drive a company vehicle to job sites, obeying traffic laws and following established procedures.
Perform routine pre- and post- inspections of equipment and vehicles.
Install insulation at commercial and residential job sites in a time-efficient and quality-centered manner.
Perform repairs and adjustments to completed installs as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Load and unload supplies and materials.
Effectively communicate job status and key issues to manager.
Correctly fill out paperwork each day for proper billing.
Prioritize work activity according to business needs and supervisor direction.
Adhere to company safety standards and procedures.
Complete and submit daily work reports, productivity records, and other documentation.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.
Other duties as assigned.
