About The Position

Associated Glass is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team! If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing quality products, and want to learn a skilled trade, we'd love to hear from you. As an Insulated Glass Manufacturing Team Member, you'll work alongside an experienced team to safely and efficiently manufacture insulated glass units used in residential and commercial projects. No two days are exactly the same, and you'll play an important role in delivering quality products our customers can count on.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manufacture insulated glass units in a safe and efficient manner.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet production goals.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
