About The Position

The Instrumentation Tech maintains, inspects, and calibrates instrumentation and control devices at the terminal. The role keeps accurate equipment records, documents inspections and maintenance in the CMMS system, and tests, maintains, and coordinates the safe operation of marine vapor recovery systems. Other duties may be assigned by supervision or management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or three years of practical work experience with industrial process measurement and control systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, install, repair, and calibrate instrumentation and control devices.
• Ability to read and interpret loop sheets, P&IDs, and electrical schematics.

Nice To Haves

• Certificate of Instrumentation Technology or equivalent formal training.
• Familiarity with instrumentation and control for marine vapor recovery systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, and calibrate instrumentation and control devices at the terminal.
• Maintain accurate records of terminal instrumentation equipment.
• Inspect equipment and document findings, repairs, and maintenance activities in the CMMS system.
• Test and maintain marine vapor recovery systems and coordinate their safe operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision or management.
