About The Position

Perform electrical and instrumentation repairs on equipment at a world-scale Power Generation facility with a heavy emphasis on Safety and Maintenance Reliability. ADM is a part of the production of 30% of the food supply globally, on average you touch at least 7 items per day made with ADM ingredients. Everyone who works here is a big part of feeding the world.

Requirements

Strong safety values
Strong fundamental skills (math, reading, writing)
Direct industrial maintenance experience or high exposure to industrial maintenance preferred
Computer skills - a must
Familiarity with 3 phase electrical systems
Knowledge of NEC code requirements
Must be able to wear a respirator (Full face)
DOL Apprenticeship completion or at least 5 years’ experience with enrollment in Apprenticeship I&E

Nice To Haves

Experience with hydraulic control system a plus (Pressure switches, solenoids, etc.)
Experience and Industrial Controls experience a plus: PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) BMS (Burner Management System) CEMs (Continuous Emission System) AMS (Asset Management Solutions)
Calibration equipment (PH Probes, Transmitters, Level Gauges, etc.)
DVC Setup and calibrations on control valves and louvers
Knowledge of Gas/Coal Boilers and Steam Turbines – a strong plus
Experience with CMMS – a strong plus
Flexibility in accepting change
Communication (spoken and written) and teamwork skills
