About The Position
Wood is recruiting for an E&I Designer to join its Oil & Gas business in the Greer, SC area. The selected candidate will work as a member of the Project Engineering group and ensure assigned project goals and objectives are achieved. Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood, now or in the future. Local or regional area candidates strongly preferred, as no per diem or relocation are available for this role. No outside agencies. As an E&I Designer, you will be responsible for producing facility designs and layouts with knowledge of structural, mechanical, controls, and electrical equipment systems. You will perform design tasks for purchasing and construction-level drawings, create reliable CAD models with precision, and develop and improve department practices/standards. Your role will involve conducting design reviews and traveling to job sites as required.
Requirements
