About The Position
Nexus Circular is seeking an Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) Technician to install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial control systems, sensors, and automated equipment. This role is crucial for ensuring that manufacturing systems operate safely and efficiently. The technician will be responsible for interpreting schematics, wiring devices, and utilizing diagnostic tools. Key skills for this position include PLC troubleshooting, SCADA system monitoring, adherence to safety compliance, a strong teamwork mindset, and a positive, can-do attitude. The role involves working across Nexus Circular’s Atlanta and McDonough offices, with regular on-site presence expected. Requirements
- PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics
- SCADA system monitoring
- Instrumentation calibration and maintenance
- Reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Troubleshooting industrial control systems and sensors
- Electrical wiring and automated equipment experience
- Safety compliance in an industrial environment
- Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience

Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial control systems, sensors, and automated equipment.
- Ensure manufacturing systems run safely and efficiently.
- Interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Wire devices and use diagnostic tools.
- Perform PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Monitor SCADA systems.
- Perform instrumentation calibration and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot industrial control systems and sensors.
- Ensure safety compliance in an industrial environment.
